Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
All products are shipped FOB from Connecticut via UPS Ground or best freight method.
Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipment occurs within 24 hours of processing based upon product stock and availability.
Expedite services are available upon request and a quote can be obtained by calling 860-687-1169 .
We ship domestically to all zip codes within the United States.
We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO and/or FPO addresses.
Returns
If your product is damaged upon delivery please notify us within 5 business days of receipt allowing us ample time to file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement for all parts damaged in transit.
All other product returns, excluding damage in transit, will result in a 30% restocking charge and customer is responsible for the return of the product and all associated freight costs.
Product returns must be received by Hect-OR-oll® in a resalable condition and determination of “resalable” is at the sole discretion of Hect-OR-oll®, LLC.
A return authorization (RA) must be secured prior to returning product to us. If product is returned without a previously approved RA the shipment will be rejected and returned to sender.
Return Refund Policy
We will give a full refund of the purchase price if you return your ordered items within 30 days in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received them in. Shipping charges are not refundable.
